Nordic Flow, Inc. (“Nordic Flow”), a Delaware Corporation with entity file number [99-2489642], operates in the United States in accordance with applicable laws. By participating in Nordic Flow’s services (as defined below), you expressly acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions:

1. Voluntary Participation: I am voluntarily participating in classes and services provided by Nordic Flow, which include information and instruction about yoga, meditation, breathwork, and general health recommendations (collectively, the “Services”). I understand that yoga and breathwork require physical exertion, which may be strenuous and carry risks of physical injury. Additionally, I acknowledge that any medical information and nutrition plans provided through Nordic Flow’s programs and website (collectively, the “Website”) are intended as general recommendations for good health and are not medical treatment, diagnosis, or prescriptions. These resources should not replace professional medical advice and/or treatment. Consultation with a physician is always recommended.
2. Medical Consultation: I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a medical doctor before participating in the Services. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent or affect my full participation in the Services.
3. Assumption of Risk: I expressly and voluntarily accept full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I may incur as a result of my participation in the Services. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Nordic Flow harmless from any and all liability, loss, claims, lawsuits, injuries, costs, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising from my participation in the Services and/or reliance on the information contained in the Website.
4. Release and Waiver: I, and my heirs or legal representatives, forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Nordic Flow. I hold Nordic Flow harmless from and against all claims, suits, liability, expenses, damages, penalties, fines, and other sanctions, causes of action, or judgments arising out of the Services or any breach or alleged breach by me of these terms and conditions, including but not limited to, the representations and warranties contained herein.
