If you’re experiencing issues with the app, ensure the following:
- Update to the latest version of the app from the App Store or Google Play.
- If you can’t log in but normally log in with your email (i.e. not with Google or Apple sign-in), then reset your password by clicking “Forgot Password”.
- If you can’t find your verification email, check your spam and junk folders.
