  1. Update to the latest version of the app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. If you can’t log in but normally log in with your email (i.e. not with Google or Apple sign-in), then reset your password by clicking “Forgot Password”.
  3. If you can’t find your verification email, check your spam and junk folders.
